BIENVENUE * WELCOME * BIENVENIDOS * WILLKOMMEN * BENVENUTI !

Welcome to the blog of the novel and the film "A White Woman To The Congo"!

It was a great day, each actor signing up, each accessory snatched up, each filming location newly booked starts giving the project its true shape.

We had a great talk with our super guitar, a pro from the Congo, John Bashengezi, who will be doing all the
tracks to the 40+ songs in the movie: classic guitar, electric guitar and bass - he was born with all three in his magic hands!
John Bash also excels on the harmonica to which he was introduced by no other than the master of the blues
harmonica, Mr. Jean-Jacques Milteau himself, yep, I'm not making it up!
Tomtoms, rainsticks and other percussion instruments obey his fingers and hands like trained puppies, you'll soon get a taste .

The solo singer who will perform a uniquely amazing Amazing Grace during the wedding scene has reconfirmed her enthousiam for the project and proposes to create another song in the register of gospel: we can't wait to discover it!
